Man's Sudden Death
Paul Peha, an Austrian residing at 135 William Street, died suddenly this morning. Coroner Buss was summoned and had Dr. Sweeney perform a post mortem examination. The physician gave it as his opinion that the man had died from paralysis of the heart, induced by acute indigestion. He was forty years old and is survived by his wife.
PECKA - At his residence, Quassaick Avenue, Town of New Windsor, N.Y., Tuesday , June 26, 1934, John P. Pecka, beloved husband of Mary Sopka Pecka.
Funeral will be held at the residence Saturday, June 30, 1934, at 5:30 o'clock, thence to the Church of St. Francis Assisi, Benkard Avenue, this city, where at 9:30 o'clock a solemn Mass of requiem will be offered to which relatives, friends, officers, and members of Assemby No. 23, S. T. J. Sokol of Newburgh and Assembly No. 59, National Slovak Society, are invited.

Mrs. Jesse Lent
CLINTONDALE - Mrs. Jesse Lent, 79, of Clintondale, died last Tuesday at the New Paltz Infirmary where she had been a patient for some time. Her husband died in 1930.
The former Miss Maud A Lounsberry, Mrs. Lent was born in Beacon, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Marcus Lounsberry and was educated in schools there.
Surviving are four sons, Asel and George Lent, Newburgh, Jesse Lent, High Falls; seven daughters, Mrs. James Davis, Mrs. Gladys Ackhart, Mrs. Betty Vanoryan and Mrs Robert Speedling, Newburgh; Mrs. Thomas Zannucci, Highland; Mrs. Marcus Smith, Ewen, N.J., and Mrs Marie Dondero, South Plainfield, N.J., and a brother, Joseph Loundberry, Middletown.
CARO - Suddenly entered into rest in this city at the residence of 200 South William street Matthew Caro, husband of Angelena St. George Caro.
Relatives and friends, officers, and members of St. Francis De Paul Society are invited to attend the funeral on Wednesday, Jan. 2, 1929, at 9 o'clock and 10 o'clock at the Church of the Saced Heart where a solemn high mass of requiem will be offered for the happy repose of his soul.
Casket will be open Tuesday afternoon and evening.
Interment in Calvary cemetery.
