Searching for John Donahoe's Siblings

The sites/tracy.hurleyit.com/files/img_thumbnails is not writeable

Recently, I decided to see if I could find any siblings of John Donahoe, son of Cornelius Donahoe and Mary Deasy/Dacey. John is the father of my husband's great-great-grandmother Mary Donahoe. Mary was born about 1873 in Marlborough, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, the daughter of John Donahoe and Eliza Field. John, her father, was born about 1840 in Ireland. By searching the Massachusetts vital records for Marlborough, between 1850 and 1880, I was able to identify a number of additional children of Cornelius and Mary.

This entry will cover the oldest child I found of Cornelius and Mary Donahoe.

Daniel Donahoe
Daniel was born about 1832 in Ireland. On 4 August 1867, he married Ellen Hillgrove. This marriage was his second. According to other vital records, his first wife's name was Margaret Toohey.

Children with Margaret Toohey:

Mary
b. July 1855 - Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts
Anna
b. 9 November 1856 - Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts
Elizabeth
b. 3 May 1859 - Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts
Catherine
b. 27 October 1860 - Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts

Children with Ellen Hillgrove:

Cornelius
b. 9 August 1870 - Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts
John Joseph
b. 12 April 1872 - Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts
Daniel
b. 30 December 1873 - Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts
Helen Amelia
b. 7 October 1875 - Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts
Helen M
b. 7 October 1876 - Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts
Alice
b. 6 August 1878 - Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts
William D
b. 11 December 1880 - Marlborough, Middlesex, Massachusetts
