Judges: online comments by minors protected under Constitution
http://arstechnica.com/news.ar...
High school students are allowed to practice free speech online and are protected, the Indiana Court of Appeals ruled this week. A three-judge panel ruled on Monday that even if the speech is laden with ...

Google announces Summer of Code results; Drupal gets TWENTY slots! | drupal.org
http://drupal.org/node/135602

I've been using Drupal for a couple of years now, and I've found it to be one of the best content management systems out there. These projects will help it even more. SIMILE | Timeline

SIMILE | Timeline
http://simile.mit.edu/timeline
Timeline is a DHTML-based AJAXy widget for visualizing time-based events. It is like Google Maps for time-based information. Below is a live example that you can play with. Pan the timeline by dragging it horizontally.
This timeline tool has a ton of uses. I heard about it on Net@Nite and the caller who recommended it said he used it to plan his trip to Europe. My thought is that it would be a great tool for genealogists and family historians.
