Hurley's World

Ok, so maybe it won't work for everyone and there may be some other things at work that I don't understand, but ever since I installed Drupal and had some people I know link to my site, I now come up in Google for all sorts of searching. The one that makes me the happiest right now is that I come up first in a search on my name "Tracy Hurley." I also come up 3rd or 4th in a search for "KnowFat", which makes me feel a little dirty because the reason I have a showing in that search is because I wrote an entry about how I wish they would offer something beyond low fat dressing.

My understanding as to why I would get bumped up is that (1) Drupal pages are xhtml and do away with tables in site as much as possible and (2) my site at least appears to be updated more frequently, probably thanks in part to the news aggregator. Either way, I'm pretty psyched and scared at the same time. Maybe I should be putting more content on here so people will keep showing up.
