Man has it been a busy week. Yesterday we moved from Wakefield to Newton and boy am I tired. I'm just glad it's over (well except for the unpacking). Here's a breakdown of the past week:

Friday
The stress and lack of sleep finally get to me and I get a killer headache/migrane that just wouldn't respond to medication. I had to call in sick because just looking at the computer monitor was making me feel worse. Hey, who am I kidding, having my eyes open made pain shoot through my skull. Fortunately, my boss was very understanding (I'm going to miss him). The day is a wash because I can't seem to do anything but sleep. Later on, it finally starts responding to medication and I can get some food.

Saturday
Got up around 6. Packed. Got great Mexican food.

Sunday
Got up around 6. Packed. Watched the Indy 500 with Fred's family. Packed. (I'm sensing a pattern.)

Monday
Packed. Got some more Mexican for lunch. Packed some more.

Tuesday
Did a bunch of errands and placed a bunch of phone calls confirming that everything was in place for the move. Did some more packing.

Wednesday
Got up at 5. Did a small amount of packing (gathering all the power strips, packed the modem and wireless, etc) and waited for the movers to arrive. Freaked out because we had told them that we couldn't move in until noon and they came at 8am with 4 guys. We worked it all out though and it went great. We were in the new place by 1 pm which left me enough time to take a shower before the cable guy might arrive. Went to take it and realized that there was no shower head. Fortunately by 2:30 pm someone came by with one. In the meantime, unpacked a bunch of my clothes, set up the dining room table, and found some of our glasses. Then waited for the cable guy to show up so that I could head over to work. Fortunately we had cable by the end of the day so when Fred came home he could chill out in front of the TV. I took a cab to work because everyone was going out. The two brothers who founded the company I work for are leaving for better things (including lots of travel) and we wanted to have a big party for them. It was awesome and everyone is a ton of fun. I just felt really bad because I was soooo tired and because of all the stress I had had, I couldn't drink much at all. I really hope I didn't ruin the fun for them.

Well that's all. I know not a lot :-) Since DSL won't be ready to go for a few more days, I won't be posting much.
