The sites/tracy.hurleyit.com/files/img_thumbnails is not writeable

Hope you like the changes, however subtle they might be. Let me know if anything is buggy, but as of right now, it all seems kosher in both major browsers. Unfortunately, the content will remain the same…this was only a look and feel change.
