Tom Brady Is Better Than You
Man, the Super Bowl sure is boring when the Patriots aren’t in it. I guess we are getting a bit spoiled around here when it comes to football. I don’t recall the last time I cared less about the Super Bowl. I am guessing it was 2001. I mean, there was 2003, but that was kind of like a break, so it was ok. ANYWAYS…needless to say, my favorite moment of last night’s game by far, was the coin toss featuring one Mr. Tom Brady. I mean, just this appearance in and of itself was awesome on so many levels. For one, he is a currently active player Apparently I am not the only one who thought about what might be going on inside Tom’s head. Taylor Blunt’s has a great write up here. Worth checking out for sure. In case the significance of Brady handling the coin toss is lost on you still, here are some of the other past Super Bowl coin tossers. You will notice that none of them had been in uniform, playing against the guys on the field, only 4 weeks earlier as Tom had. Mostly hall of famers on this list, and even an ex President.
