(WB + UPN = CW) = Concentrated Crap
Apparently, in a move that is only news because…er…not really sure why it is news…The WB and The UPN Network (otherwise known as those two channels that you skip past to go from network television to cable) have merged to form one single uber crappy network called CW. The most popular shows of each network – the San Diego-based “Veronica Mars,” “Gilmore Girls,” “Smallville” and “Everybody Hates Chris,” to name a few – are expected to find a home on the CW, which will begin broadcasting in September. Yes, to “name a few”. Because sincerely, “a few” is all you can really name. Let’s take a look at these two powerhouse rosters and what we are working with here. Below is the current prime time schedule for each “network”. I think my favorite part of the two schedules are definitely the “encore presentations” of Reba. Look on the brightside, now there will only be ONE channel to skip past between the good stuff and the better stuff. Thanks CW.
